Pets are welcome at the pet friendly senior apartments of The Reed at ENCORE!^®, part of Downtown Tampa’s Tempo District.

Residents are invited to call us home with one pet that will remain under 20 pounds at its adult age.

For the safety and security of all of our residents and their own pets, your pet must be spayed or neutered.

Please keep in mind that certain breed restrictions apply, which may include, but are not limited to:

• Pit Bulls and Staffordshire Terriers
• Doberman Pinschers
• Rottweilers
• German Shepherds
• Chows

• Great Danes
• Presa Canarios
• Akitas
• Alaskan Malamutes
• Siberian Huskies

There is a one-time, non-refundable $300 pet fee.
